Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their designated tables and provide them with menus - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or special requests - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as setting up salad bars or preparing appetizers - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the Aloha POS system - Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Skills:
