A-Team Solutions is seeking Administrative Care Coordinators for full time positions at a local government facility in Niantic, CT for an opportunity that we are currently pursuing.
Job Duties:
o Administrative Care Coordinator will upload medical documents of case managed Soldiers into Health Readiness Record (HRR).
o Administrative Care Coordinator will stamp all medical documents for verification after uploading.
o Administrative Care Coordinator will index uploaded medical documents.
o Administrative Care Coordinator will completeMODS entry of immunizations, designation of pregnancy, eye exams, and medical warning tags.
o Provide all medical documents received for case management to Records Custodian to be filed using a document evidencing transfer of custody from the contractor to the government. Copy of each supporting transfer document shall be provided to the COR at the end of each month no later than 7 calendar days at the end of the month.
o Contractor will ensure all administrative charting in eCase is completed.
o Track medical appointments by communication with unit to ensure Soldier attendance and submission of follow up documentation.
o Log in eCase any contact with SM (email, voice call, or personal interview).
o Communicate with delegated government personnel to track compliance versus noncompliance.
o Run MEDPROS report Post PHA/SRP event.
o Monitor MEDPROS to ensure all scheduled services are completed/updated and current medical status is reflected.
o Report Medical Readiness to the Commander or his/her designated representative.
o Ensure Soldiers with T3, T4, P3 or P4 profiles are case managed in the eCase module.
Requirements:
o 1-3 years experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting
o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong oral/written communication skills
o Demonstrated ability to work well with people of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound administrative and clinical judgment
o Demonstrates ability to act independently
o Ability to work in multiple computer systems
o Knowledge and familiarity with DD Form 2766.
o Knowledge of different Microsoft applications. Additional knowledge of computer software and hardware, including medical applications, is expected.
o Experience working with persons in crisis.
o Good documentation skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to establish rapport.
o Ability to motivate others towards achieving goals.
o Ability to work independently with strong sense of focus, task-oriented, nonjudgmental, open personal qualities, clear sense of boundaries.
o Contractor will either possess or acquire a Secret security clearance

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
