Support the on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You typically work under direct supervision and may work without supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blue prints, or work instructions. You will identify, escalate, and explore opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will support the training of the customer on proper usage for complex systems.
Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users
Learn end-to-end delivery of Honeywell solutions
Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings
25 Inspect for Quality 25 Install or Repair per Work Order 25 Escalate Issues 25 Provide Customer Support
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field
Must be able to travel 95% across the U.S. and at times with short notice; including overnight stays
WE VALUE
Previous HVAC, electrical industry experience
Previous technical/installation experience
Previous customer service experience
Good written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to troubleshoot issues
Ability to read blueprints
Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate preferred
Home based position; can reside anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
