Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities:  Lead the engineering and technology division of $40 million Honeywell Hospitality business on technology vision, strategy and roadmap. Instrumental in designing, planning and guiding software engineering teams, including providing technical leadership. Create vision, strategy and roll out software system architectures and designs based on product requirements and system roadmaps. Work closely with product management, project teams, customers and domain experts to elicit project requirements. Work with the Director of Engineering to plan and decide Annual Operating Plan- R&D investment in Honeywell Hospitality business. Lead distributed engineering teams and 3rd party providers to drive design and implementation for product lines via an agile software development cycle. Guide and mentor team members and periodically review their performance, give feedback and help Engineering leaders determine the annual performance metrics of team members. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
